Defines the final aesthetic and functional outcome. Their vision must be communicated to the laboratory with precision — tooth position, occlusal scheme, phonetics, and smile design all require digital documentation that analog workflows cannot reliably capture.

Every HDS case follows the same disciplined workflow — from initial evaluation through final restoration delivery.
Case Evaluation
We begin with a thorough review of the patient's clinical situation — existing records, radiographs, photographs, and the restorative doctor's treatment goals. This evaluation determines the complexity of the case and the resources required to execute it successfully.
Digital Records
Our clinical technology specialists visit your practice to capture intraoral scans, CBCT data, photographic records, and occlusal registrations. All records are captured digitally, eliminating the distortion and information loss inherent in analog impression workflows.
Treatment Planning
Using the digital records, our team collaborates with the surgeon and restorative doctor to develop a comprehensive treatment plan. Implant positions are planned in three dimensions, the prosthetic design is finalized, and a surgical guide is fabricated.
Surgical Coordination
On the day of surgery, our team is available to support the clinical team. The surgical guide ensures that implants are placed in the exact positions required by the prosthetic plan, eliminating the guesswork that leads to compromised restorative outcomes.
Same-Day Provisional Delivery
For qualifying cases, a provisional bridge is delivered on the day of surgery. This provisional is fabricated from the pre-surgical digital plan, ensuring that it fits precisely and meets the aesthetic and functional requirements of the final restoration.
Final Restoration
After the healing period, final records are captured and the definitive restoration is fabricated in our laboratory. Because the entire case has been digitally planned and documented, the final restoration is a refinement of the provisional — not a new design exercise.
